Announcements!

How and when is everyone telling their families and close friends? And if you have already, how'd you do it?

Last time we told my parents and my husband's parents the day after we found out (at 4 weeks), and I told my best friend as soon as I found out.

This time around we are wanting to wait a little bit and actually plan a surprise announcement for our parents and really close friends but we havent decided when or how yet.
