Dealing with an addict

Back story is my children father is bi polar and an addict got to a point about almost 2 months ago I ended up having to put a restraining order on him for me and the children. Sad part is he just needs help hes not a bad person. If he just got the help he needs I think things would be okay right now hes homless idk how hes doing were he is he has no phone. I am trying to move on ik it wouldnt be my fault but I just keeping thinking I'm going to get a phone call that's hea dead from oding I think he gave up on him self a long time ago and now for the first time he nit able to see his kids and his mother isnt bailing out like she always does she even kicked him out.

I guess just venting.
