Spotting during 6 weeks

I had some brown spotting and cramping today. I could see it clearly on my toilet paper. And honestly I cried. The blood was very much like the brown color associated with period end of your period blood?🧐 it really scared me! I called my doctor and I go in on Monday for another ultrasound, but I hope everything is okay😭 has this happen to anyone before. I'm a very nervous.. any advice to help me make it through the weekend i would greatly appreciate it❤

Update: I just left my doctors appointment now and they did an ultrasound and are sending in my blood work. The little peanut has a heart beat of 120 and everything looks fine measuring 6wk 4d.❤ There is a small blood clot in my uterus (subchorionic hematoma that is already healing?) But my docotor said it will be fine as long as do not do heavy exercises or sex for the time being. Thank you all so much for to ease my mind and your great advice, I really appreciate it❤❤
