18-36 month pacifiers?

What's your favorite 18-36 month pacifiers? My son is 18 months and I need to switch him. I really wanted him off the paci by now but he absolutely screams and cries unless he has it at night. He only uses it for naps & bedtime. Just wondering what other Mom's use for this age.

My son who is definitely older than 18 mos and should definitely already be off the paci (were struggling but ped said to take it slow w him) uses tommee tippee 18-36 mos. I read they were better on the teeth bc of the shape.

My girl will only take MAM pacifiers. She will be two at the end of the month. She also needs it for nap and bedtime. I asked her dentist about it and they said as long as it's limited they recommend by 3 to no longer use it. But of baby starts to suck their thumb or other fingers to give the pacifier back. I plan to start cutting back for naps after her birthday

My LOs doctor said that’s way too old for having a pacifier still. My child never had one thank god but I asked about it for my SIL. I definitely agree though because it causes very bad teeth/dental issues. Probably best to cut it cold turkey abd work through the tantrums
