Would you recommend?

Planning to purchase this. Love everything only question is how long did you use your Doona? I googled it says based on baby weight but typically 0-9/12 months. Any helpful recommendations? Thanks!😀

There's safer seats out there, the doona scores rather low in safety especially side crash tests.
It's also advised to not let baby sit in a car seat longer than 1,5hour before along and good break. And what do you do if your kid is one of them that hate the carseat?

Babies really shouldn’t be in the car seat out of the car due to the potential for positional asphyxiation. This holds true for all travel systems, not just the doona that has the wheels permanently attached. A car seat for in the car, and a stroller that is either infant ready or has a bassinet attachment are the safest options. A quick plug for uppababy- there is an optional bassinet stand. It was awesome having him fall asleep on walks and being able to pop the whole bassinet off the stroller and onto the stand. SO easy!

This 0-9/12 depends on the babys size. It says so but it also says limited weight. So if you have a bigger baby you are not going to use it for very long. 
Some babys go to the next level being only 4-5 months. 
And also when choosing car seat look for safety not something pretty, cute or what is popular. 
What is popular is not always the best choice it is only advertised a lot.

My daughter didn’t grow out of her infant seat before we switched, it was just getting too clunky to drag the seat around because she was getting heavy. 
I will say that if you get into any car accident no matter how minor you need a new car seat. So with this one, you would lose the car seat and stroller

Unusual case but my son outgrew his infant car seat very quickly. He was in a convertible car seat by 7 months. As convenient as that carseat looks you can buy a stroller/carseat combo for the same price which at least the stroller will last you years. I just find it too expensive for the little time it will be useable.
