Sore breasts

Hi! 6wk 3days, one of my first symptoms was extremely sore breasts and very very sensitive nipples. Holy hell! It’s like hitting your funny bone button your nipple, can’t help but laugh and want to cry. Haha

But on top of that, I have noticed this lump on my right breast. I never felt it before being pregnant. It happened with my last pregnancy too (ending in miscarriage). Has anyone felt a lump/bump on their breast? It’s definitely sore. Not painful, but if I bump it or lay on my side it hurts. I have my first OB appointment on the 26th and will be bringing this up, but just curious if anyone else has felt such a thing?
