Crazy strong symptoms since 7DPO

I'm approximately 4w2d ish with my 2nd and I've been having super strong symptoms since the day before I got my first vvvvvfl. Extremely large and painful boobs; nausea and heartburn to the extreme; round ligament pain; bloating; famished, like waking up in the middle of the night to eat because of hunger pains; peeing like mad; exhaustion to the point of what's the point of staying awake even though I was a master at 4 hours of sleep max; feeling like my uterus is a grapefruit; crazy food aversions and cravings; and sobbing at everything. Has anyone else had such strong symptoms so early? I definitely did not have this with my first before 6-8 weeks and even then not as strong, more-or-less before I even missed my period. I feel like I'm going crazy 🤪🙃🤣
