Subscription problems help ???
So I purchased the “lifetime” subscription yesterday and payed $39.99 .... and it went through and pulled the money out my credit card ... but it still shows that I’m under the “basic” subscription which is the standard free one without all the perks of the app ...
What do I do now ? I’ve emailed the app asking if they could switch my subscription to what I’ve purchased and I haven’t gotten a response. And I’m just lost if the app will give me what I payed for or if I’m going to have to ask for a refund ...
Has this happened to anyone else ?
