He asked me on a date but I’m not excited

So I REALLY like this guy and I want to date him and it means a lot that he’s actually planning dates..but he asked me out to go snowboarding at a resort and it’s not my type of thing at all 😩 I’m not athletic besides going to the gym, I’ve never done it before so it seems scary and I’m just worried about looking dumb and embarrassing myself. Idk what to tell him because I don’t want to disappoint him. Should I suck it up and try to have fun for the weekend or just tell him? It seems so simple but I’m literally getting anxiety over it and it’s stressing me out
