6 to 7 weeks ultrasound

What's everyone's experience for those? I go Wednesday again and I'll be 7 weeks exactly. Last 2 I've had was 3 weeks and 6 days nothing but a sac, 5 weeks and 6 days was a sac and it had grew to the right size and my cyst I had gotten down to size and just was a simple cyst. One doctor is already trying to scare me and the other doctor said unless I am bleeding or losing symptoms 😳then I'm fine and babe is just too little to see. Thats why they say no ultrasounds until 8 weeks. But my case was I was spotting and having right side pain which ended up being a cyst and no issue with baby. They said that was in the right spot.
