Blood tinged cm after period?

Has anyone ever experienced this before? I had what I thought was my period. It came 4 days earlier than usual. Lasted for a solid 2 days with hardly any cramps and it was light in color and consistency. Would fill a pad but it was different than my usual.

I am 3 1/2 months post partum and my cycle returned at 7 weeks post partum. Not sure if this has anything to do with it. My husband and I are ttc again. We lost our baby girl at 9 days old due to a heart defect. 💔

Could this have been implantation?
