Brown Discharge / Nipple Discharge

I am like day 33 in my cycle and I woke up this morning with brown discharge and a clear liquid coming from one of my nipples and it freaked me out. I did have light pink discharge a couple days ago and it’s been a little bit of brown discharge everyday since then and I have been cramping by my ribs. This has never happened to me before. My nipples are also a little sensitive.... please tell me this is normal and I’m just stressed out ....

Please help a girl with no insurance out.
