Hydrocortisone whilst pregnant

My doctor prescribed both eumovate and hydrocortisone for my facial eczema.

I don’t want to use eumovate as online it says not to and I had to be the one to ask her if it’s safe during pregnancy and she waffled on for a while (connection was bad due to phone call appointment).

Online is says hydrocortisone is safe during pregnancy. Although I don’t think it will be strong enough for my eczema. But is it definitely safe?

I’m only 6 weeks. Any advice appreciated x
