Could also just be from the way the scan was taken, my bub has something similar in an early 3D scan and it was nothing just some tissue they picked up in the ultrasound. I’m sure if it was something of concern the dr would have spoken about it

Baby is still growing and changing honey don’t even worry right now! Everything on baby at this stage isn’t centred and sitting where it “should be” ☺️
