Is this a good pumping schedule?

Tristen

So I am taking medication for my postpartum anxiety and panic disorder, it makes me very sleepy and I can sleep for 18 hours if I let myself but I can’t. I have to get at least 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep on the medication because I just cannot wake up on the medication. I’ve tried every single way to figure out how to get up in the middle of the night and I just can’t do it, it’s been over a month and I can’t. I am trying to figure out a way that I can still pump frequently and keep up my supply without pumping at night. Once my daughters come home from the NICU I obviously have no choice and will have to get up and breastfeed but until then I just have to pump. I’m going with every 2 hours for 20 mins and if I miss a pump I will power pump on my next pump time.
