Too much water?
Hey all,
So, as part of a resolution for better health, I’ve bumped up my water consumption and I’m drinking at least a gallon a day.
Am I messing with my opk results? Not surprisingly, I’ve noticed my urine is much lighter when testing, but does it impact the strength of the results? I’ve noticed in the last month (2 cycles) that my opk results in general are really light, and my peak last cycle had a test low that was just barely darker than the control line, compared to previous cycles with a bigger contrast.
Thoughts? Ways around it (fmu?) that would allow me to still keep drinking all the water?
