13weeks is this normal ?

So all day I’ve been getting round ligament here and there my ob says it’s totally normal but what’s getting to me is just a couple mins ago I felt a pulsating sensation in my vagina or somewhere near my vagina (kinda hard to tell) it kinda hurted was uncomfortable, it felt like round ligament but IN my vagina. Idk wtf that means but is that normal or has this happened to someone else?
