Does your chances of twins increase after first baby?

My sister had twins second time round and they are adorable! She said it’s genetic but she conceived non identical twins which must mean she ovulated two eggs? 
I was told your chances increase after first child but I thought anyone can ovulate two eggs? Even first time

Hyper ovulation (releasing 2 eggs in 1 cycle) produces fraternal twins and it is believed to be genetic. Identical twins can happen to anyone as it happens after an egg is fertilized and the egg splits.
Yes, after having twins you have a 1/12 chance of having twins again which is higher than someone who has not had twins. If you have twins a second time your chances of having them a third increases again.

My mom was a fraternal twin, and if I'm not mistaken, I think she was a second set for my grandmother. So the chances of having more twins is definitely higher if you've had them.
 
This is an interesting post. I always wonder if I would ever have twins. I know it's a myth, but I've always heard twins skip a generation. My mom didn't produce any twins, but I always wonder if the odds that I will produce twins is high.
