When to test for ovulation in irregular periods?

Hi friends, i have irregular periods and also pcos. So if i have to test for ovulation ...can anyone suggest on which days i can do?
Based on CM , can i test with strips?
Or any other tracking methods to check?

I would use opks from Amazon to track since with irregular periods cm along won’t help much.

I recommend using OPKs. Buy the cheapies in bulk and test daily. You may be testing for quite a while before a positive, but it is pretty much the only way to use OPKs with irregular cycles.
