Valentine’s day

Is it cheesy to ask my bf to be my valentines? We’re 26 and recently made it official and he’s just talking about “for Valentine’s let’s do blah blah blah” but I was thinking about asking him to be mine just to make him smile. Nothing special haha just ask when I see him later today..

Also, what’s something you’re getting your SO? Personally Valentine’s for me is all about love and affection, just celebrating us. No gifts at all but I did want to get him something small and cute. Any ideas?
