Sex w/ husband

Hey ladies👋🏻 I have a huge problem. My husband only wants to have sex with me MAYBE once a week and he only lasts for about 10 minutes. It’s not enough for me at all but he always says he’s too tired but he never tries to fuck me when he’s not tired (like in the middle of the day) I don’t know what to do. I’ve asked him to change and he says he will but he never does. What’s should I do? 10 minutes of sex a week isn’t cutting it for me and when I bring it up to him he tells me to go find some other guy to ask sex with then. He tells me I just need to wait for him to want me. 😞😞
