Can someone help explain this dream?

THIS DREAM IS WEIRD BEWARE:

I hope someone can help me find meaning behind it. I am having a really hard time in real life right now so my dreams have been insane.

I had a dream I was walking in a neighborhood and found myself as a child.

The younger version of me was probably 4/5 and being insane. Cussing, screaming and hitting me.

I wanted to slap the shit out of her but I couldn’t bring myself to do that. I seriously could not like I tried and just started crying and she (she as in young me) shrunk.

She shrunk all the way down until she was a fetus that fit in my hands and I had to care for her but she grossed me out a lot.

Like it was disgusting to take care of her but I knew she needed it so I wrapped her in a blanket and dropped milk in her mouth.

At the end of the dream I got too grossed out and tossed her. She started growing a 3rd eyeball on her forehead and I was like alright this is some freaky shit bye.
