Dear lord don’t listen to that advice lol. Your belly is beautiful! You look great. Your body is doing a beautiful, tiresome, exhausting thing right now. Eat what you want in moderation & make yourself happy. You deserve it. & as far as naps go... I took a nap everyday during my pregnancy lol. It was the only way I survived the day!
