Moving out

Im 19 with a 1 year old and I'm moving out of my moms in a few months. I'll be moving 2 hours away and dont really want to make multiple trips back n forth. I have no clue where to start or how to pack everything into my car. I can't afford a moving truck or a storage unit. I have alot of junk that I want to get rid of but dont know how.

ANY tips would help. I feel so clueless cuz I've never moved out before
