End of Mirena, getting Nexaplanon

Hi ladies!

So my 5 year Mirena has officially done me dirty these last few months after treating me so well! I’ve been dealing with irritable/sad moods, migraines, and terrible hormonal acne all over my chin/cheeks/jawline which I never had in the last few years of Mirena. I made the decision to get it replaced with the Nexaplanon next week. I am hoping that my acne will go away and my moods will adjust. I am wondering if anyone has any advice/info for the Nexaplanon? Any symptoms/changes at first?

Also, curious about infertility after having iuds for so long. We want to have children in the nearish future but it is a concern of mine.
