Contractions or Braxton Hicks
I’m having what I’m thinking are Braxton Hicks.
They are minutes apart but only lasting 20-30 seconds.
I have been having them at my back and front.
I’m not worried because they are mild.
I was wondering if anyone else dealt with this. I have been having them off and on since last night but it’s only been 30 minutes now. If they continue I’m calling my doctor or L&D.
