Pimple? Big bite? Or breast cancer??

Hi everyone, I have recently discovered this red bump on the bottom of my breast. It is painful and red, it kinda of feels like a pimple but I’m not sure what it is. Should I be concerned?

Neosporin with pain relief for now, if it clears up and you know it’s just some kind of irritation from anything like a bug bite etc. I wouldn’t stress it right now just give it time to clear up
