Annoying or just me?

A guy I talk to and have been talking to for maybe 2 months now always says things just to “test me” and see what I’d say back. He says things like “I want us to spend the rest of our life together and for you to have my kids” then will turn around and admit that he says it just to see what my response would’ve been.........I asked him to stop doing that because it’s like playing in my face to be honest. It’s annoying, he’s 28 years old and too old for that (in my opinion). Would this annoy anyone else?
