Fell at 34 weeks pregnant??

So I was headed out the door to go to town and i have like a wooden porch that goes all the way from my house front door the the ground Bc of mobility for my grandma but I took one step and slipped and fell straight down on my butt .. I tried to catch myself and bruised my arm all up and stuff .. I was more scared and crying than anything my lower back is sore some but my stomach isn’t hurting but I’ve been laying down and I noticed after I recently just ate and layed down I felt like one painful-ish contraction but only one and no more yet .. kinda worried still but I checked her heartbeat on a Doppler and it’s fine and she’s still moving the same amount she has been .. but ?? I dont know ftm and I’m 17. ADVICE?

My advice still go to your doctor or midwife and let them check you over to be on the safe side !

Definitely need to call to let them know what happened. They’ll probably just want to monitor you and the baby for a little bit.

I slipped a couple weeks ago at 31 weeks. I would just call your doctors office/see if they have an after hours or on call doctor you can talk to. My doctor said they're pretty well protected in there and since you fell on your butt and not your belly everything *should* be okay. But I would at least call and talk to someone to make sure they don't recommended coming in earlier than your next appointment and they can also tell you what to watch out for if something were to be off because of it.
