How long did it take you to conceive once starting to track your ovulation through apps/tests?

First month trying to track my ovulation. So trying to gage how long it took those who did it to get pregnant.

So in August i got off the pill. I started tracking and noticed everything was off I actually quit ttc and just let it happen i just found im pregnant with #3 i didnt do anything different except just let it happen. I took 8 pregnancy tests all positive thinking there just false positives. I go to the obgyn tomorrow to confirm with blood test.

13 cycles to have an ectopic (he has fertility issues and I lost a tube with the ectopic)
This pregnancy was first cycle after the ectopic

With my first, it was the first cycle. I had 2 periods pp and then got pregnant with my second.
