Lower belly period type cramps?
I’m 24w4d pregnant. The past two days I’ve had period type cramps that are uncomfortable. I thought I was dehydrated so I’ve been trying to drink a ton of water. The cramps are back today. No bleeding or spotting. Is that normal? Could it just be growing pains?
