Babys with g tube

My 11 month old just got it Friday afternoon. The doctors/nurses did great explaining all the important things but I feel like simple things got missed now that we're home and I've had time to think about it.

Do you leave the tube attached most of the time? Do you take it off after feeds? Do you leave it on at bedtime? What's the easiest way to reattach it (I took it off for the first time when he went to bed last night and it took maybe 20 minutes to get it back on this morning)? What are the easiest clothes to wear with it?

Any tips for the little things would be greatly appreciated while we get used to this thing!
