TW HELP! picture of a rash on my butt after labor and emergency c section

The dr had broken my water ( and there was a LOT) I had to sit in it for a while before I was able to get up but shortly after was wheeled in for an emergency c section. I wasn’t able to shower until 24 hours after and when I was able to finally get out of bed I noticed this rash. ( I was just scratching at it a lot because it itches really bad that’s why it’s so red) has anyone ever experienced this happening? Is it just irritation from the fluid and not getting to clean my skin? Or what does it look like. Dr won’t be back in until tomorrow morning
