Husband Thinks Im Selfish

So Im a SAHM who for the past 2 years, I have not gone out or done much for myself. So this year (or next) I decided I wanted to possibly go on a retreat alone for a few days . A wellness retreat, do something for myself for a change. I told my husband this and ever since I mentioned it, he tells me its all I ever talk about and I dont talk about us going on family vacations only doing things solo. I also mentioned, if there wasnt a pandemic, I would have liked to go on a solo trip for my birthday or something. (I never traveled alone).

Anyway, my husband tells me Im selfish and I dont think about family. I mean I have no problem going on a family vacation, when I ask where and when we are going, he never wants to discuss things. But now that I mentioned doing something on my own, outside of being a wife and mom, its a problem.

I mean what is the big deal? I barely do anything anymore. I just wanted to do something for me for once. My husband also makes it a big deal for me to have any alone time. While my husband pre pandemic has gone places, spends times with friends. He barely took me on a date when I wanted to go.

I did ask him when is the last time pre pandemic or now that I got to do anything for myself, go out with friends or anything? He said nothing.
