Can you travel in public transport during IVF cycle ?

I commute to office daily for 1 hours total to and fro. Little bumpy ride in office van. Is it okay if I travel even after egg retrieval same way? And after embryo transfer also? Or should I switch to my own car? Pls suggest.

You can but my RE will cancel the retrieval if you test positive for Covid so that would be my only concern

You should definitely ask your clinic, but mine had strict rules about being reclined in my car after my embryo transfer. I had to recline my seat as much as possible for my ride home (husband drove) so as to follow their bed rest rules. 
After my egg retrieval I remember feeling nauseous due to the anesthesia. I was supposed to be on bedrest for 24 hours after my retrieval, but I think that was a bit overkill. I can’t remember if I was supposed to be reclined in the car because I was pretty out of it, but I can’t imagine taking public transportation afterwards, unless it’s an Uber. Some women are very sore after their egg retrieval as well, especially if they collect lots of eggs. I only had 16 eggs so I wasn’t sore at all.

Should be fine. I Uber to and from all major appointments (transfer, egg retrieval) about an hour away from me. It’s never been an issue. After egg retrieval you need someone to escort you tho. In my case that meant me and hubby took an uber together. 😂

I dont see why not. The only thing I can think of is if you plan to work the day after egg retrieval.  That day might be hard to commute
