Period Late with Mirena

So I’ve had the Mirena since March of 2019, almost two years and in that time I have always had some kind of bleeding for my period. Even if it was super light spotting, it was always something.

This month I’m five days late and I haven’t had any signs of a period at all. I know it can be normal for an IUD to stop a period, but after two years you think my body would stop changing?

Especially considering last month I had the heaviest period I have had in a long time. So I’m just curious if anyone else has experienced this? I may go get a pregnancy test just to put my mind at ease because this is odd for me!
