Baby rash?! 🆘

Hey guys! My little one is 12 weeks old and as of two days ago she broke out in this rash and it’s getting a little better but it’s still there and since I’m a FTM it’s making me very nervous. My mom keeps trying to assure me it’s a heat rash but when I look at baby heat rashes online I don’t think they look the same ... anyone else’s baby experience this?? If so what did you do to help get rid of it? Baby seems fine and acting totally normal so I’m guessing it’s not bothering her? But I just don’t know! I hate seeing these bumps on her skin 😢 TIA mamas!
