10 weeks PP- TMI breast pain— help (photo)
Before I call the doctor and overreact here... wondering if this is normal?
I do not breast feed. I do not pump.
Woke up today with one breast (nipple) really hurting. When I look at it, there’s a small circular part of my nipple that’s raised off the rest of the nipple skin. Almost looks like I could peel the chunk off. And wowee, does it hurt!!!!!! It’s definitely the source of my pain. It looks like it’s part of the nipple, not a zit or anything.
Is this just a weird thing that happens to people postpartum? Anyone else have it?
It doesn’t look like much but it hurts hella bad. It hurts to touch but also just hurts in general without touching.
Edit: I gave birth in November. Never breast fed.
