Opk & When you should start tracking?

Good Evening ladies I am approaching my AF and will like the information on when you should start checking with ovulation strips? How often during the day especially working woman from 9-5? I’m just trying to plan accordingly

I always recommend using the digital OPKs. Not the ones with just the smiley faces, but the ones that show quantitative data. I use Femometer Ivy and the Femometer app. I love both. They’re amazing. Removes all of the guessing. Also, if you’re just starting out, I recommend starting to track 2-3 days after your period ends. I say this, because it’ll let you see what’s normal for YOUR body as you progress through your cycle. Lastly, it’s a good way to know if you should be concerned about your LH levels. For example, if you’re ALWAYS getting peak results, you’ll know to schedule an appointment with your doctor and you’ll also have a log to show them. Consistently high levels of LH can be signs of a few different things, and if you’re having trouble conceiving, this is good information to know as soon as possible. For women in their 30s, I think the quantitative OPKs are especially important. You can get one on Amazon for about $40. Absolutely worth the investment.
Only do this if you’re using a quantitative OPK though. Here’s an example of how the results look:

Depends on how long your cycle is. Mine is about 29 days, I ovulate around cd 17, I start testing around cd 12. I test in the late afternoon early evening until I get close then I test in the morning too. I use the premom app to analyze the test strips

I use the WondFlo strips that I buy on Amazon. My first cycle testing, I started the day after my period ended and tested until I got a positive. I test first thing in the morning, but they say 12-6pm is the most accurate time.

I have a 28 day cycle and start testing twice a day at day 10. I do it once in the morning before work and once when I get home. I like the easy@home opks on amazon and the Premom app to help decipher them.
