Help! How to stop a child from putting food up her nose????

My almost 15 month old baby keeps putting food up her nose and it's getting worse... Today after breakfast I found banana stuck up her nose, then after she had chrisps/puffs the end of it stuck up her nose had it pop it out and after that, I found a good length spaghetti stuck up her nose from last night... How do I stop it, she loves putting fingers up her nose as well, almost 24-7 😟 the picture below is the spaghetti that was up her nose since last night 😑
