Wet bed

I have a 17 month old in diapers, he wakes up every morning very wet, diaper, pants, bed and all. He just moved up to size 6 diapers, even if I change his diaper at 2-3am he still wakes up wet. He also wakes up every 2-3 hrs at night, before we took his pacifier away he would wake up, I would give it back and he would go back to sleep but now he won't go back to sleep unless he drinks milk, so I keep a bottle next to bed. He drinks about 10oz before bed and about 10oz throughout the night so I know it's probably why he pees so much so I just need help or advice on what to do instead of giving him milk all night. I don't even know why he's still waking up at night, it's been going on for like 5 months, he used to sleep long 😞
