Anyone Know?? Worried/Stressed

I went in for an ultrasound 10 days ago & baby measured 5W6D with no heartbeat. I came in today for another ultrasound and we saw a heartbeat. It was low though, 102 bpm. I also measured at 6W today which is not significant growth. Should I be worried? Doctor says it can go either way and I’m looking for similar experiences. I’ve already had a miscarriage so I’m bracing myself.

My doctor said that this early anything above 100 is ok. I wouldn’t stress too much and if you notice anything else (cramping, bleeding, etc.) then call your doctor.

I wouldn't be worried about the heart rate but the lack of growth is slightly concerning. Wishing you all the best!

At 6 weeks and 4 days, heart rate was 105 and just had ultrasound today at 8 weeks (measuring 7 weeks and 5 days though), heart rate is 143. 
It’ll probably get faster! Try not to worry :)
