Not normally, nobody on TV is that hot. 
I like few people that way, and part of it is personality too. 
I've seen extremely hot people in person and felt that way, but normally people on TV look pretty boring and generic.

No, but men are more physical than women. Usually women need some kind of emotional attraction too. It doesn't mean that we can't appreciate a man's physical attraction its just that we aren't  all "oh my God I wanna pound his dick" from looks alone.

I find that to be disrespectful, especially saying it aloud to each other. I’ll see a man or women on tv and think they’re really hot or something, but I find it wrong to just think about fucking someone and the way they probably go about talking about it just can’t be right.
