How often would you consider yourself depressed?
(Both/either clinical depression or just generic depression are fine for this poll just how you consider yourself)
I'm kind of interested in seeing the percentages but also feel free to add a comment if you are comfortable.
Maybe with your answer and then a little bio of your life (age, school/work, relationship, family/kids, etc) maybe things that you think fuel your depression and things that help you cope or get over a depression. Really anything you want to comment about depression or its relation to you.
I know a lot of people in the younger generations are more open and honest about feelings and mental health disorders though I do still feel like a lot of people tend to hide it.
