How much is your 2 year old talking?

Trying to get a gauge for how much others 2 year olds are talking. Is your babe forming sentences? If so, how many words are they putting together in their sentences? I have a Chatty Cathy on my hands and was curious if he’s got the gift of gab like his mama 🙈😂

my little girl says lots of words and does sentences up to 5 words. She can’t count yet, I swear she knows how to count to 3 but refuses to do it, she is that way until she is confident about or something, she was that way about her colors too

Our girl doesn’t stop talking unless it’s nap time. Total sentences over here. What’s that noise? Where did the boy go? Mommy come sit.

Yes! My baby sings, she’s forming sentences I love when she say “mommy, why would you do that” 😂 she can say her abc’s, she counts to ten. It’s amazing watching her learn and grow.

Yes! My son speaks with a minimum of 4 word sentences but normally 6-8 words.

My son just graduated from speech therapy after about 4m. He's got 2 word phrases and sometimes makes sentences of 3-4 words

I’ve got a chatty little one too! She can sing the Itsy Bitsy Spider and is finishing sentences when we read books. She likes to chat with us and tell us what we need 😂 “mama, your hands are cold, I help warm them.” I have no idea where she is in her development, I feel bad she’s gotten so much TV time the past year because we’re working from home without care and was worried it negatively effected her. Either way I just am amazed at her development in the last 6 months, especially with a lack of interaction from other people because of quarantine.

My little guy loves to ask, “what’s that, mama?” Or he tell me, “get it, mama” lol when he’s on the chair and he forgets his water cup on the couch... or he’ll tell me, “the baby is awake”, when he cries lol or even tells me when he wants to take a bath.. it’s amazing to hear him communicate.
