Please tell me if I’m unreasonable

I’ve been working for my husbands company for almost 10 years now. He’s self employed, it used to be a small company making a couple of thousands a year in net profits. We were able to build the company much bigger, and I did my part in that. I do everything, billing, bookkeeping, advertising, payroll, parts, office management, finding customers, you name it. Since we started we’ve grown the business to about 6 million in sales a year, 300k net profit. My husband takes a 6k salary/month plus earnings. I make 2k a month. I used to work whenever I could, because I was taking care of his son (my stepson) and then our biological daughter. Now he spends 98% at the business, a 3 hour flight away, we see him maybe every 6 weeks for a weekend. His son is out of the house now, our daughter goes to preschool 8 hours a day and I work at least 10 hours a day. This has been for the past 2 years.

I feel like I’m getting screwed. I work 50+ hours a week and he just offered me a raise. $2,500 a month. I work every hour of the day, whenever he needs me, weekends, weekdays it doesn’t matter. I told him I won’t work any longer for his company because the pay sucks, I deserve more, and he even tells me he couldn’t replace me. Where tf would you find someone that works that many hours, being available any hour of the day, and also knowing what I know about the business. We (well I am) in Florida. What do you think is a decent pay for someone who does it all and can’t easily be replaced?

(I don’t have a degree in accounting, I have an associates in business management and a bachelors in business administration if that counts). I also now that his money is ours, but at the same time I don’t feel it’s fair and I want to be prepared if anything happens. Am I out of my mind to ask for more?
