Quit job - multiple kids

I am nearing the end of my mat leave with baby #3. I am getting stressed thinking how I’ll possibly manage to do everything needed around the house and play with my babies while juggling my work (part time) schedule. It just seems impossible. Wondering if anyone with three plus kids has any words of wisdom either way 🧐 (keep job vs quit job). Not sure that we can swing it financially for me to quit but at what point is it just not worth it??
