Sore boobs for a month, please help!

I've posted a few times and got hardly any response. Please someone out there has to have went through this.. my boobs are killing me!! They have been sore and full feeling for about a month. I am not pregnant or on birth control. Or any other daily med, except vitamins (c,d, and multi) I've only ever experienced sore boobs around my period for a few days, then it goes away. I've never had this happen before, it's NOT normal for me. I plan on making an appt, but the clinic is closed until monday.
