I'm unsure how anyone would know this, you would only know your luteral phase if you checked ovulation and then got your period. You could work out the amount of time between them.

I always came on 14 days after ovulation

After a loss in 2018 my LP changed from 14 days to between 12 and 13 days...that loss really messed up my hormones and cycles it got to the point I had completely stopped ovulating and had to seek medical help then I finally started ovulating and my LP started improving and got pregnant...good luck to you

I have luteal phase defect. I have a 28 day cycle but I ovulate late, usually 15-17 and my luteal phase is too short to produce enough progesterone if I am pregnant. With my last 2 pregnancies I tracked ovulation and started taking progesterone 3 days after ovulation/sex and both pregnancies were successful. I had had 3 previous miscarriages before
