Missed Miscarriage?? 11 weeks

I’ve been having SEVERE on and off constant period like cramps that get worse when I move the past few days and some back pains with a lot of discharge. It literally feels like my periods coming. My boobs also aren’t tender as they were before.. could this be a sign of a missed miscarriage? I’m not having any bleeding. I’m 11 weeks today and I’m really confused as to why I’m in so much pain. Can you naves missed miscarriage at 11 weeks??? :( super super scared please answer
